The rocker or torque drill is an extremely versatile constraint drill that can be used to help correct a variety of movement inefficiencies. In this video I’ll discuss how I use different variations of this drill to improve the lead leg block, center of mass shift or drift, front foot or hip position, rhythm, and the transfer of drill work to the pitching delivery.

If you have questions about any of the drill variations or you’re interested in training with me, shoot me an email!
