It’s the start of week 11!

Solid start to week 11 so far. I pulled 465 for sets of 3 this week, I’m loving handling the heavy weight. My volume is on the lower end but I’m feeling really strong and powerful. Here’s the video of my deadlifts:


Additionally, on the weightlifting side of things I changed my chin-ups to bent over rows this week to take some of the stress off my elbow. As much as I like doing the chin-ups, the most important thing is that I can go all out when I need to during my throwing program. So this should put me in a better position health wise.

As far as throwing goes my arm feels better this week, but ultimately I’ll have to see how it is on Friday when I’m pushing intent again. On Monday I took it easier than usual to try to get myself back to 100%.
