It’s the start of week 27!
It’s been a solid start to the week! I PR’d in a few of my plyo drills now that I’m feeling better. This is video of a walking windup. This drill has never felt great to me and my numbers were low in the past compared to my other drills so here is me tying my PR:
I’m feeling more athletic in my delivery lately and getting rhythm back as well and feeling more synched up. I’ve added some more athletic drills into my warm-up like step backs and step behinds because I felt out of rhythm and these have definitely helped me get that back.
Lifting has been good so far. My rotational med ball movements feel fast and powerful, which is encouraging in terms of translating to throwing velo. I really like the way this new block is set up and I’m excited to get after it later today!
