It’s the start of week 3!

My scale was acting up this morning so I’m actually going to weigh in tomorrow morning, but still a great start to the week with deadlifts yesterday. I hit 380 for 10, which is a big milestone for me because 375 for a 10RM equates to a 500 1RM! Obviously this isn’t exactly the same as hitting 500 for 1, but it’s still pretty cool.

My biggest takeaway from this journey so far is how huge it is to have a training partner as motivated as I am. In years past I’ve trained alone for the most part, and the intensity is so much different. When I started this journey I knew there was only one person to enlist as my training partner; my brother Trevor. He’s willing to build his schedule around my training and he’s doing the same program, even though he knew it would be rough. So big shout out to him for helping me get the best out of myself.

Thanks for checking in! I’ll get more updates out later in the week, take a look at the sidebar tracker on my homepage for updates on all of my measurable data.
