It’s the end of week ten!

It’s been another solid week of training. My arm was a little sore this week so I had to pull back the max effort stuff but with the recovery stuff I’m doing I’m sure I’ll be back at it next week.

Lifting went well. The reduced volume is feeling great still and I’m getting to handle some heavy weight and move it pretty smoothly. for example this week I hit 455 x3 on deadlift, 305 x3 on front squat, 280 x3 on chin-ups, and 220 x3 on swiss bar bench.

I’m adding in some power stuff as well. For example here’s a video of a front squat to half depth at 350lbs:

It’s great to get to move heavy weight like this and still have it move fast.

I’m looking forward to putting up some big velocity numbers next week because I was very frustrated this week. I’ll be pushing to break 94 on flat ground next week.
