It’s the end of week 11.
Another solid week in the books. I hit some PR’s in the weight room and put up solid numbers in my on field testing.
I hit 315 for 3 on front squat and 465 for 3 in deadlift. both of those are the most I’ve ever done on each lift. I’m feeling strong and it seems to be transferring to the field so that’s encouraging.
So last week and this week I’ve had to take it pretty easy on throwing because I was having some elbow pain so I was just throwing at an intensity below the pain threshold. Today I was just waiting to see how it felt as I loosened up and I started ramping up the intensity and it felt fine so I went onto my plyo testing. I broke some of my plyo records so I kept going and decided to take some throws from flat ground and I got back up to 92mph. Here’s the video-the radar screen is half of the camera so you’ll have to take my word:
It started pouring and the lightning got really close so the push session got cut a little bit short, but next week I’ll be looking to break my flat ground record.
