It’s the end of week 15!
It’s been a solid week of training. I set some plyo records this week and my mound numbers are starting to come up again.
In the weight room I’ve been enjoying the PAP training. I’m feeling more explosive I just need to transfer it more to the mound than I have so far. My numbers continue to come up in all of my drills so I know I’m closing in on some big numbers from the mound I just need to continue with more mound work.
Specificity is ultimately what’s going to take me to the next level, so I’m getting off the mound more with my drills and starting to feel more comfortable.

It looks pretty good, especially in terms of movement from my pec compared to earlier in the off season, so I know the numbers will start rising soon.
