It’s the end of week three!

Another solid week of training is in the books. I continued to add weight to myself and to my 10RM’s this week and I’m feeling a lot stronger. Check out my homepage for specific numbers in the sidebar tracker.

The end of the week has the most brutal and the most fun training days back to back. Thursday is front squats but then once that’s done we get to look forward to bench press on Friday-and no self-respecting meathead dislikes benching. So since I just finished that training session I’m feeling pretty good.

I wish I had some video of the front squats so you guys could feel the pain with me, but it slipped my mind. I’ll get some next week and get that in here.

As far as eating goes, it’s been on point thus far, so I’m pretty happy with the lean gains I’ve made. Eating in this 12-hour window has been one of the best things I’ve tried so far to keep less nutrient dense food options out of my diet.
