It’s the end of week nine!
It was a great week! I had a couple of testing days in the throwing program this week and I got to see some great numbers for it only being my fifth week throwing. And working off of percentages in the weight room in rep ranges that won’t push me to failure has me feeling great.
Today I had a plyo testing day and that was solid, and then at the end of that I tested from flat ground just for three throws and I was above 90 on all of them and up to 92. Here’s the video:

On to the lifting…
I also moved 445 in the deadlift and 300 in the front squat easily for sets of three which felt awesome. Less volume is doing wonders for me and my strength and energy levels.
My eating is still mostly on point but my weight gain has stalled for the moment, which is fine it just may need a little bit of added focus.
